医師の言う言葉ではないと怒りが沸きました。結局眼を洗浄して終わり。二度と行かないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検査、診断、説明は極めて詳細で充分に理解できる。手術も一般眼科よりは広範囲におよび早急に対応してくれるので極めて良好。
次回予約、薬剤処方など患者が間違えないように詳細な手順で処理がされている。
検査スペースが多く、待合室がやや狭いのと予約のない診察には長時間の待ちになるようだ。

予約しましたが予約時間には呼ばれません。
2時間~3時間は普通にかかります。
結局キャンセルしました。
受付の方は親切でした。

結膜弛緩症、淚道閉塞症、白内障
上眼瞼皮膚弛緩症、後発白内障、
等の手術をして貰いました、
全て何の問題もなく大変有り難く思って居ります。
検査機器の充実ぶりは、他の診療所には類を見ないでしょう、最新機器が揃ってます。スタッフの方
も沢山居り皆さん優しく接してくれます。初診や手術前提の大事な案件は院長先生が見てくれます。
手術は院長先生が行います。
運が良ければ、奥様だと思う方が

コロナ対策で椅子が普段の半分位
に成ってます為、中に座れない人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトレンズの購入で行ったが、コンタクト屋の書類を受付に出した後、何の案内もなく放置状態、いずれ呼ばれると思いながら待つこと2時間以上、待ちきれず帰ろうと思いコンタクト屋の書類を返してくれと言うと、『保険証出しました?』て、何の説明も案内もない。説明不足を認め、『最優先で案内します』て、クレームになったらすぐに診察してくれるのかよ‼︎おかしすぎる。大変時間を無駄にしたし、私は普段口コミとか時間の無駄なので書きませんが、ここまで時間無駄にされたらとことん無駄にしてやりますよ‼︎星一つは付けないとコメント書けないので仕方なく星一つ、なので本コメント内で星マイナス150を差し上げます(大目に見て)。病院経営、営業する資格なし‼︎あー時間の無駄だった‼︎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは、自宅から近くて駅前で場所が分かりやすかったので通院していましたが、いつも混んでて、混んでることがいい眼科なのかなとずっと半信半疑でした。施設が新しくてキレイな点はスゴくいいです。しかし、先日、初めて午後一、こちらでは15時から午後の診療開始なので、その15時に予約して行ったら、15人程年配客が椅子に座って居ました。私は当然に午後の開店直前に着てドア前で待っていたら、1番手はあの人よと他の客に声を掛けられました。私は「私は15時に予約をしてますから。」と伝えたら、その客は私達も15時よとのこと。受付で15時にこんなに大勢同じ時間に予約詰め込まれたら時間が読めないから困ると伝えて、その時の再診はキャンセルしました。3時間後に他の予定があって充分間に合うと想定しての予約が、客寄せパンダみたく並ばされてたことに怒りを感じました。受付の方は、それぞれ違う対応ですからと言ったが、事前の予約をするときに17時過ぎに別の用事があるので1番手で15時なら充分大丈夫ですよね?と聞いたら奥歯に物が詰まったような、歯切れの悪い、不安な返答をしていたことの理由がこの実態を体験して分かりました。診察内容等納得しないままだらだら通院していました。余談ですが、今回の件があり、眼科の開拓をしてよかったです。ネットの口コミ以外で任意にいい眼科ないかなと複数聞いて、複数の人からいいと言われた眼科に行ってみたら、スゴく明確に分かりやすくて説明してくれて、通院も経過観察で年に1回でいいと言われました。こちらの眼科は経過観察で3か月に1回の通院でした。私の主観ですが、営利目的でやたら通院させられているようで通院止めて、他の眼科を実際の口コミで探して行って良かったです。歩いている眼鏡かけている人、眼鏡かけているドラッグストアの店員さん、何人も聞きました。ネットの口コミは悪い投稿の方が多いから多少の悪評や投稿者の感情で事実を歪曲して表現されたりがあるので、任意に街の人に私は聞いていい眼科を探しました。教えてくださった方々に感謝しています。

However, the other day, for the first time in the afternoon, the medical treatment started at 15:00, so when I made a reservation at 15:00, about 15 elderly customers were sitting in the chairs. Naturally, I wore it just before the opening of the store in the afternoon and waited in front of the door, and the first person was called by another customer. When I said, "I have a reservation at 15:00," the customer said that we were also at 15:00. At the reception desk, I told him that I would be in trouble because I couldn't read the time if so many reservations were packed at the same time at 15:00, and I canceled the re-examination at that time. I was angry that the reservations, which were supposed to be in time for other schedules three hours later, were lined up like pandas. The receptionist said that each response is different, but when making a reservation in advance, there is another business after 17:00, so it's okay if it's 1st and 15:00, isn't it? When I heard that, I understood the reason why I was giving an uneasy response, such as a clogged back tooth, a crispness, and anxiety. I went to the hospital without being convinced of the contents of the medical examination. As an aside, I'm glad that I was able to develop an ophthalmology department because of this issue. I asked multiple people if there was any good ophthalmology other than online word-of-mouth, and when I went to an ophthalmology department that was said to be good by multiple people, they explained it in a very clear and easy-to-understand manner, and I also went to the hospital for follow-up. I was told that once a year would be fine. This ophthalmology was a follow-up visit once every three months. It's my subjectivity, but it seems that I'm being sent to the hospital for commercial purposes, so I'm glad I stopped going to the hospital and searched for other ophthalmologists by actual word of mouth. I heard a lot of people wearing glasses walking and drugstore clerk wearing glasses. Since there are many bad posts on the internet, some bad reviews and the feelings of the poster may distort the facts, so I arbitrarily searched for an ophthalmologist who could ask the people in the city. I am grateful to the people who taught me.

挙句受付のおばさんは感じ悪く、待っても案内もないので問診票をそっと受付に置いたら急にキレる。
狭い院内ぎゅうぎゅうで長時間待たされる事が見えたので、キャンセルして他の眼科に行きました。口コミ通り受付の感じの悪さと混雑で評価が低い。医師の診察まで辿り着けなかったので星2

理由を聞いたら院内ルールであるとの事
コンタクトが合わなくなっていたら眼鏡のと度数も合わないのは当たり前じゃないんですかね?
よくわからんルールで来院までの時間と受付開始までの時間(相変わらず待たされる)を無駄にした。
せめて予約時にその旨を伝えて欲しかった。
感じのいいスタッフと感じの悪いスタッフが混在していて尚且つ、差が大きくある。
感じのいいスタッフに当たれば待たされるが良い病院(よくわからんルールはあるが)しっかり見てもらえるし対応もしてもらえる。
