コンタクトの受け取りで通ってます。 以前は混み合ってても1時間くらい、終わりがけに行けば30分以内で終わってましたが、電子カルテに変えてからか、スタッフが少なくなってしまったのか、今年に入って待ち時間がめちゃくちゃ長いです。 スタッフの方はとても良い方たちだと思いますが、緊急やコンタクトの受け取りだけであれば他をオススメします。

こんな医者は今まで行ったことがありません。子供(保育園児)が目をぶつけて検査に行きました。長い待ち時間のあとで視力検査、眼圧検査をしましたが、子供が眼圧検査を嫌がり、泣きじゃくり大変な思いをしました。怖くて目をつぶってしまう子供に何度も検査をしました。その後で、「今日は何で来たんですか?」と。どんな症状かも知らない、手元にある問診票すら見ずに、必要かも分からない検査を泣きながら嫌がる子供に必死にやらせて、診察費用払って帰ってきました。問診でも検査の内容には一切触れず。二度と行きません。★一つも付けられない。

ビックリするぐらい待ちます。 あとは高齢者が多くて待てないのか…私が行ったときは何人か怒っていました。 親子連れがたまたま来たところだったのですが、その子どもがびびって「喧嘩してるから入りたくない」と外で泣いていたほど。 トイレ待ちをしてても見えてないのか老人が割り込み、入ってみるとおしっこがぶちまけられた便座(ToT) トイレに行きますと看護師に話していたのに、トイレが終わると「ここで待っててください!!!!」とすごい声でぶちギレられ…混んでいたんです…と話すもスルーされ。 診察の先生も、まだ目に違和感があると話しているのに、言葉遣いが…「これはほっといていい」と一言。目が腫れ、下の目蓋が水疱っぽくなって、うつるやつだと困るので仕事を休んだんですがーと話したのに… その人に対してほっといていいという言い方は他にないのかぁと思いました(^_^;) とにかく酷い。 唯一良いとするなら検査する方が他の眼科さんと同じような声かけをしてくれたことですね。(見えますか?眼圧検査です。など説明してくれたこと。)その点は良いというか普通ですよね、きっと。

飛び込みで入ったら、あ〜初めてですか。予約の患者さん優先なのでいつになるかわかりませんけど?と言われ…だいたいどのくらいですか?と伺ったらわかりません!の一言。再度何時間か待ちますかね?の問にもわかりません!と。 ちょっと待ってみます…と待合へ。一時間半ほど待ったところに常連の患者さんらしき方が、いつもの薬貰いたいだけなんですけどもし待つなら少し出かけて来ます…と。 その対応が、お呼びした時にいなかったら初めからになるけどいいんですよね、と。 いつも来ていただいている方にまでその対応って。、、 もうこんなとこで診て貰いたくないと、やっぱり今日はやめときますと伝えました。なんだよって呆れた感じで、はぁ…診察券どうします?破棄します?って…。もういりません!と帰りました。 無駄な時間でした。

こんなにイライラした受付は初めてです。 電話をしたのですが、「コンタクトの定期配送を受けているのですが(無くなりそうなので新しくコンタクトを貰いたい)」と言ったところでまだ話しているのに、「定期配送はやってないので」と。「いや、そうではなく私は定期配送を受けてるんですけど次のが届くまでにコンタクトが切れるので1ヶ月分ほしいです」と言っても「定期配送はやってないので」と言われました。3回くらい説明してようやく理解してもらいましたが、話を途中で遮られて誤った解釈をされてかなりイライラしました。また、コンタクトを貰うことは可能だったので話を進めていると、「初めての方なので診断や検査をしてからのコンタクトのお渡しになり時間がかかります」と言われたので、「どのくらいお時間かかりますか?」と聞いたら「うちはコンタクトの在庫がそんなにないので大体直送にしてることが多いです」と言われました。時間を聞いたのに意味がわからないです。言い方もキツいし説明も下手くそですし声もボソボソ何言ってるか分かりませんしほんとにイライラしました。案の定口コミが低くて安心です。

受付はあやふや、また医者の方が高圧的で怖かったです。待ち時間は長いので本など持っていった方が良いかも。
