フリーダイヤル、繋がらない。
店舗の固定電話、ホームページでは(土曜日)営業日のはずが、電話ではお休みとの事で注文できず。
翌週の午前中(8月31日)に店舗の電話にて、やっと注文ができた。(12食入り3箱)
9月2日に商品届いたが、振込伝票が見つからない。3箱中1箱の商品を開封した中に入っていた。
何故こんなところに入っているのか。
伝票を見ると、ホームページの金額と商品も、送料も全然違う。1箱500円程上がってるし、送料もクール便で来てるのに、おそらく常温の送料しかホームページには記載してないみたい。電話で問い合わせた所、商品は9月1日から値段が上がったとの事。
それなら、8月31日に注文してるのに、どうして9月～の値段になっているのか、意味がわからない。ただの言い訳。メチャクチャな言い訳。
納得いかなくても、商品は一つ開封してしまってるから、そのままちゃんと振込ました。
以前食べて美味しかったから購入したのに、こんなイヤな思いをするとは思わなかった。
もう二度と買いません。
ホームページに記載してる金額と全然違うなんて、詐欺だよ。ぼったくり！

It should be a business day (Saturday) on the store's landline and homepage, but I couldn't order because it was closed by phone.
In the morning of the following week (August 31st), I was finally able to place an order over the phone at the store. (3 boxes with 12 meals)
The product arrived on September 2, but I can't find the transfer slip. It was in one of the three boxes that was opened.
Why is it in such a place?
Looking at the slip, the amount of money on the homepage, the product, and the shipping fee are completely different. The price is about 500 yen per box, and the shipping fee is also cool, but it seems that only the normal temperature shipping fee is listed on the homepage. When I inquired by phone, the price of the product increased from September 1st.
In that case, I ordered on August 31st, but I don't understand why the price is from September. Just an excuse. A messy excuse.
Even if I didn't agree, I had opened one of the products, so I just transferred it.
I bought it because it was delicious to eat before, but I didn't think I would feel this unpleasant.
I will never buy it again.
It's a scam to be completely different from the amount listed on the homepage. Rip-off!
