★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨では珍しく電気屋なのにおもちゃが置いてある。ゲームディスクとハードもあるけど、ガンプラがあるので、そっちに引っ張られるちびっこのほうが多そう。パソコン関係であまりあてにならないけど、スマートフォンのイヤホン、モバイルバッテリーなどは品揃えが多い。あとやたらエアコンの展示が多い。不足はない。けど、電気屋と言うよりスマホ屋＆雑貨屋な印象。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1も付けたくない。やはりヤマダデンキ。どこの店も態度悪いですね。これで、年を超えても行く度3店舗目。上から目線、言葉遣いがなんとも。接続プラグを探しに、相談するとその時点で態度はすでに微妙で「型番わからなきゃわかりません」物のスペックを見せようとスマホの購入ページを見せると「これは…初めて見ました…」と小馬鹿にしたように（フっ）と失笑されました。その後無言で手持ちの機器をずーっといじっていて何も言わずこちらを待たせる。（私がネットで購入したページのレビューを見ていました）そこから、「見ても対応しているか誰もレビューに書いてないのでー」と。もう、こちらが失笑です。そんなこと、こちらは見ているし、友達との会話じゃないんだから。笑
わたしが今まで訪れたヤマダ電機ほとんど、態度が悪いというか、口の利き方なのかな、対応や、言葉が失礼なんですよね。なのでいつも同じくくりの評価です。そして近親者も、同席していなくてもヤマダ電機には嫌な思いをそれぞれがしているようです。

(I was looking at the reviews of the pages I bought online) From there, he said, "Even if you look at it, no one has written in the reviews." This is already a laugh. I'm watching that, and it's not a conversation with my friends. Lol
Most of the Yamada Denki I have visited so far have a bad attitude, or maybe they speak well, and their response and words are rude. So it's always the same evaluation. And it seems that close relatives also have dislikes for Yamada Denki even if they are not present.

店員さんも親切で商品知識も豊富だったし
気持ちいい接客でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯機の買い替えのために売り場に行きましたが、店員さんの情報量の多さに感心しました。他店舗の店員さんとは比べ物にならない位の知識量でした。
妻も「メーカー毎の違いを詳しく教えてくれたのも凄いけど、各メーカーの型番毎の仕様変更の違いを把握してて凄い！」と感動していました。
しかし、今回は他店舗にて第一候補の物(型落ち品)があり他店舗にて購入してしまいましたが次回買い替えるときはこの店員さんから購入したいと思いました。
