★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the sales women with glasses. I told her the plastic boxes was full of dust. I informed her please help us to clean up a bit because it was super thick dust. We spoke to her in Japanese language because my husband is local Japanese. She show us her bad mood face and she just take the dusty box from the display and pass it to us!!!! We try our best to inform her again and again, we will not accept the boxes, because it was too dirty. Finally she took the boxes, she just clean one and pass it to me, and then she left the balance in the store room. We were waiting for sometimes, she never returned the boxes to us until we complain at the customer service counter!!! And you know what, she will never apologize, her senior apologize for her!!!
