島	島貫光一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品の質や品揃えは問題無し！店舗に電話すると…必ず北海道に繋がる！コールセンターは素人が出る！まずそこからしてスムーズじゃない… 過去にこんなミスがある！予約伝票を持参してお買い上げ成立！のハズが… １ヶ月後にお店の方から「ご注文の品物の件で、いつご来店されますか？」だってよ… (女性のちょっと強気な口調で) 予約伝票が有るにも関わらず連携プレイの無さで店員同士が噛み合わなく、お客に失礼な思いをさせる始末…… スタッフが多過ぎる余りに伝達までもがまともに行かない現状！「１ヶ月前に取りに行きましたけど…。」それと軽く説教。一番不快だったのは珪藻土のリコール！度重なるリコールのＣＭにてコールセンターに?をしたのだが…(冒頭にある文章に繋がる！) その対応が酷過ぎた為に、過去の小さな事に目をつぶる優しい気持ちの自分が突如、憤りを感じ今回、指摘する事になった訳に繋がる！その件でエリートの様な若い店長が、わざわざ自宅に謝罪訪問！ ……わざわざ来んのに、手ぶらで謝罪しに来る使えない程の程度の低さ！勿論…お値段以上のニトリ劇場健在！ある意味凄いよ！ There is no problem with the quality and assortment of products!
