★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご主人が一人でやっていらっしゃいます。多分山形の方ですね。たくさんお客様が来られると少し時間がかかります。ボリュームがありサービス満点です。 天ぷらと共に食べるとお腹いっぱいになります。味はまあまあですが、ご主人がとても良いかたですよ。
 Your husband is doing it alone. Probably Yamagata. It will take some time if many customers come. There is volume and service is perfect. If you eat it with tempura, you will be full. The taste is OK, but the owner is very good.

調べて来てみたら山形の蕎麦で安心できました
店主さんが朝日町の方らしく
そば粉も山形から寄せてるとの事

盛りの良さと美味しさとお値打ち価格と３拍子揃っています。
山形名物芋煮、まだ食べらるかな❓と楽しみに行きましたが、…終わってました。
でも美味しいマイタケ天ざるに舌鼓を打って来ました。
I go to eat once every two months.
It's good, delicious, and reasonably priced.
I went to look forward to Yamagata's famous Imoni, I wonder if I can still eat it ❓, but ... it's over.
But the delicious Maitake heavenly colander has been struck by the taste.

板そば大盛り
無料でおかずが付いてきます。
内訳
自家製無料おかず｛切り干し大根・ひじき・ポテサラ｝不揃い蕎麦、小鉢｛ひじき｝
食堂のお蕎麦という形でした。
蕎麦は不揃いで長さも短かったです。
ボリューム満点です。
２９３から、曲がって更に入ったところです。
最初は普通に通り過ぎます笑笑
入る所に小さい看板あります。
おじいさんが一人でやっているのでのんびりお待ちください。
ちょっと店内がボイラーの灯油の匂いがします

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても雰囲気が良いお店です！切り盛りしているおじさんもとても良い人で優しい。まずお通しの三品が美味しくて感動した。きのこ汁うどん、舞茸天ぷら単品、蕎麦野菜天盛り付き、どれも絶品で最後まで飽きませんでした！また行きたい！！

開店時間に到着。緊急事態宣言発令中だし、お天気も良くないからお客さんは一番乗りのワタシだけ。
最上そばってゆ～のも気になったけど、やっぱりもりそば大盛！
灯油ボイラー❓?でお蕎麦を茹でている間に、サービスの小皿をいただきました。
出来上がったお蕎麦は、冷水の締めがちょっと足りなかったけど、お蕎麦の風味が美味しかったです❗?
