They are usually not bad but this time they get a 1 star as we had the face mask from previous guest still hanging in the car... very scary and put the question if they cleaned the car properly.
We highlighted this to the agent but other than a plain sorry seems like they did not care much.
Make sure you clean your car by YOURSELF to feel safe.
