★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで車を購入しましたが、住まいが遠かったのでその後の点検を別の日産でお願いしていました。6ヶ月点検のハガキを頂いたので電話してみたら、「こちらで1度も点検受けられていないので他で予約取られるならご自身でお電話頂けますか」と言われました。確かに今までこちらで点検をお願いしなかったのは申し訳なかったかもしれませんが少し対応に不快な気持ちを覚えました。別のお店で予約したいと言ったわけでもないのに何だかトゲのある言い方に聞こえてしまい、もうこのお店には電話しないようにしようと思いました。

I got a 6-month postcard, so when I called on the phone, I was told, “I haven't been checked once, so if you can make a reservation elsewhere, you can call me on my own.” Surely I may have been sorry that I did not ask you to check here, but I felt a little uncomfortable with the response. Even though I didn't say I wanted to make a reservation at another store, it sounded like a splinter, so I decided not to call this store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入後は別のディーラーでお世話になっているからというのもあるでしょうが、アフターフォローが感じられません。そのつもりはないかもしれないが相談しても「そっちのディーラーに相談してください」と言われてる気になる。
お金を落としたのはこのお店なのでその意識を持ってほしい。
ディーラーだと安心してましたが、ここで購入しなければ良かった。
追記
前から気になっていた箇所を板金屋に見てもらったらフロントフェンダーの歪みが原因だった。修復歴には該当しないのかもしれないけど普通、商談時に説明しないのでしょうか？
それとも売り手も気付いていなかったのか。
真摯な対応を望みます。
After purchase, it may be because you are indebted by another dealer, but after-sales follow is not felt. I may not have that intention, but I feel like being told "Please consult with that dealer" even if I consult.
It is this shop that has dropped money, so I want you to have that awareness.
I was relieved to be a dealer, but it was good to buy here.
Postscript
The front fender's distortion was the cause when I asked a sheet metal shop to look at the place I was worried about before. It may not correspond to the repair history, but usually, do not explain at the time of business talk?
Or did the seller not even notice?
