★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくなお兄さんが作る絶品中華。と言いながらも唐揚げやコロッケなんかも上手に作られます。腕利きシェフの店なのに敷居が低いので地元の人にも人気です。人気の麻婆豆腐はそんなに辛くなく、あっさりしているのにコクがあります（麻婆豆腐辛口も頼めます）。チャーシューも同様に味が濃いわけじゃないのに、旨味が続く。プロの技です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SNSで美味しいそうな麻婆豆腐が投稿されてたので行ってみました。たまたま、一番目に来店出来たので店前に駐車出来ましたが、駐車場には少し迷うかも知れませんね、店前に掲示されてても良いかもです。最初は山椒なしで頂きました、少し甘めで「これはこれで美味しいな」でも、山椒を入れると絶妙なバランスの味に変わり、最後はご飯を入れて汁を最後まで食べました。これは、すごい麻婆豆腐です、まさに絶品と言えるかもです。メニューの最後に「他に食べたい物があれば言うてみて下さい」とあったので、好物のアレを頼んでみようと思います。リピート確実です。

麻婆豆腐は山椒が効いていましたが、もう少し辛くしてもらってもよかったかな。ひき肉より食べごたえがありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで行きました。事前にFacebookで開いてるか確認してからの方が絶対良いです。麻婆豆腐は挽肉がゴロっと粗挽きな感じで肉感がたっぷり味わえます。辛さは通常？だと、辛くなかったですが、もしかしたら辛さ調節して下さるのかも知れません。
