子育ての隙間時間にLINEで写真を送り、概算見積。すぐに返信が来てその時点でどこよりも高額で期待していました。
いざ自宅に来られた時も対応が丁寧で好感が持てました。
3社ほど相見積しましたが、実際の取引もどこよりも高額(その差額6000円！)で買取していただけて大変満足です。
実物を見てもらうと写真での概算より値段が下がってしまうのが当たり前だと思っていましたが、キズがあったにも関わらず、概算通りの金額を提示していただけたので、申し訳ないくらいでした。
本当に助かりました。また利用したいと心から思えるお店でした。

スムーズに受け付けして頂き、担当の方から折り返しの連絡を受け、物の搬出の難易度などで料金が決まると説明して頂き、現状を説明させて頂きました。それで料金は22000円ですと即答して頂けたので、安心してお願い出来ました。
引き取り当日、雨の中来て頂き、また搬出作業もお二人で手際よくして頂きました。
その場で追加処分をお願いした重量物もついでなんでと快く引き受けて頂き、値段も格安で引き取って頂きました。
最初の電話対応から料金の支払いまで終始丁寧に対応して頂けたので、本当に気持ちの良いお取り引きでした。
余談になりますが、支払い終わったあとに少しお時間を頂いて家にあった不用品を何点か見て頂いたら、23000円になりました。
その場その場でお願いしても柔軟に対応して頂ける懐の広いショップさんでした。
長々書きましたが、参考にして頂ければ幸いです。
