★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅用の土地を探していて訪ねたところ、経営者らしき男が「ウチのお客は地主だけだからあなたみたいのは相手にしない。どこの誰だかわからないあなたは現金揃えて出直せ。」といった返答。
それを笑って聞いているスタッフも共に星0。
誰も注意できないのか気づかないのか、これだけ質の悪い接客で存続していること自体が謎。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くの駐車場を借りたく看板を見て電話で問い合わせをしましたが、対応に驚きと怒りを感じさせられました。
一言目から上目線で、その駐車場貸せるかどうかわからない、決めるのはこっちだから、まず名前を名乗れみたいな、意味不明です。
周りには藤波不動産の駐車場、土地なども多く代々の地主なのでしょうがあきらかな税金対策で商売しているだけど、接客サービス業としては最悪です。
他の方々の評価を見てわかると思いますが酷いです。改善はされないでしょう。
とにかく対応に腹が立ってしまい、今後他の人が問い合わせする際にこの口コミが役立てばと長文ですが失礼いたしました。
この不動産からは借りない方がいいです。
そもそも貸す気がありませんので。

As you can see from the evaluations of other people, it's terrible. There will be no improvement.
Anyway, I got angry with the response, and I'm sorry to say that this review will be useful when other people make inquiries in the future.
You shouldn't borrow from this real estate.
I have no intention of lending it in the first place.

別に客は神様ではないですが、電話越しとは言えども、初対面で【タメ口】を聞かれたのは不快極まりありません。
申し訳無いですが、絶対に利用しません。

電話されてそんな対応するんならもう少し看板に情報量を増やすべき。そうすればこっちも最初から他へ連絡したわという話。
だからやたら駐車場が空いているのかと納得。

挨拶もなく、受付スタッフも私物の整理に忙しいようで要件を尋ねてくることもなかった。
駐車場を探してると伝えると、住所は？と聞かれたがその間もこちらは入り口で立ちっぱなしのため番地まで伝えず大まかな住所を伝えると「こっちはね、住所を聞いてからスタッフを現地に送ったり調べないといけないのになんだその態度は」と説教されたためそのまま退店。

同業他社様 数社に電話や来店したところここの悪評が出るわ出るわ…お隣埼玉方面の不動産屋さんすらご存知って相当ひどいですね笑
