★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弁護士費用特約を使い依頼しようとしたが、弁護士からうちで受けるには弁護士費用特約のほかに自己負担金が40万円必要と言われた。ラインでの相談も回答が遅い。
交渉で解決できない場合には、紛争処理センター等のADR、訴訟等となりえますが、弊所の場合、弁護士費用特約でカバーできない部分につきご負担が生じます。（例えば、ADRの追加着手金20万円＋税、訴訟の追加着手金40万円＋税）。
