★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台湾料理とききましたが、なかなか美味しいレストランでした。
まずは、空心採炒めにジャコとピーナッツの揚げ物、豚のカシューナッツあえ、そして締めにお焦げご飯のスープなどどの料理も柔らかな味でとても美味しくいただきました。
お酒はやっぱり、紹興酒の熱燗です。
料理人は話し声をきいていると向こうの方のようで、きっと本場の味なのだと思います。
接客係りは、若い男女の二人が担当していましたが、こちらも中国系の人たちでしょうか。言葉は少し危ないけれども、素直に対応してくれて気持ち良かったです。
料理に対するこちらの注文も厨房と相談しながら細かに対応してくれました。

狭いお店ですがスタッフもフレンドリーで料理はもちろん美味しいです。ボリューム満点でリーズナブルです。
もちろん台湾ビールあるよ。
しじみの醤油漬けが絶品です。

とにかく味付けがよく、基本的にハズレなし。
ここへきたら必ず温燗の紹興酒にザラメを溶かしていただく。
今回は人気の魯肉飯をオーダー。
とろけるような豚の角煮とともにご飯をかき込む。うまい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西新宿でランチを食べるなら路面店もいいけど、雑居ビルの3階4階にあるようなインディーズ系飲み屋もおすすめ。今回はランチで訪問。魯肉飯と海老入り水餃子。
魯肉飯は美味しいけど日本人向けなのか八角は弱め。もっと攻めていいと思います。
水餃子は500円で5個入り。手頃な価格ながらモチモチで肉厚な皮の中に海老餡。ひと口かじると海老の風味の汁がジュワッと広がり旨い。
夜のメニューは未体験だが、期待できそう。
