今回はご近所の方から、戴きました。
退院したばかりで、自宅療養中なので、「奥さん 無理せんときや。晩御飯にこれ食べて！」と主人の分も持ってきて下さいました。
さっぱりした酢飯で、暑い夏でも食べられます。
だし巻き玉子、蒲鉾、魚がついていて おまけに生麩のあんこ入りのデザートまで入っています。
見た目も綺麗で、食欲増進しました。
勿論 笹寿司美味しかった?

I've just been discharged from the hospital and am undergoing medical treatment at home, so I brought my husband's part, saying, "When my wife can't do it. Eat this for dinner!"
It is a refreshing vinegared rice and can be eaten even in the hot summer.
Dashi-rolled egg, kamaboko, and fish are included, and in addition, there is a dessert with raw bean paste.
It looks beautiful and has increased appetite.
Of course, Sasa Sushi was delicious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家内の里が西京極なので良くここの笹寿司を食べましたが、今回久しぶりに買い求めました。懐かしい味で家族皆で満足しました。小鯛、鮭と穴子の3種類ですが、酢飯共に美味しかったです。
My wife's village is Saikyogoku, so I often ate sasa sushi here, but this time I bought it for the first time in a while. The nostalgic taste made the whole family happy. There are three types, small snapper, salmon and conger eel, but both the vinegared rice was delicious.

何個でも食べれます
鮭はサーモンというよりマスに近いしっとりとしたさっぱり味にレモンがのっています。鯛は昆布が散らしてあってとても食べやすいさっぱり味です。あなごは当日付けの賞味期限ですがよく、たれが染みていてとても食べやすいです。
この他にも鯖を包んだ柿の葉寿司、季節の笹寿司があります。今冬はかぶらが乗った鮭とぶりでした。春バージョンはタケノコとサワラの二種類だそうです。
笹の香りがほのかに漂いとても幸せな一時でした。
店員の女性がとっても親切、丁寧、ユーモラス抜群の方でまた、近く寄りたいお店です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ友だちとの待ち合わせ場所近くにあり、気になって外からだけ写真を撮らせていただきました。お食事をいただいたわけではないので、評価はあてにしないで下さい。待っている間にお店のロゴ付き自動車がどこかへ出発していく姿が見えました。宅配もなさってるのかな？ 次回はぜひ、ランチ友だちと一緒にお寿司をいただきたいものです。

梅酢使用との事ですが梅は感じられず。だが味は良し。

お店方の対応もにこやかにテキパキとなさっています。リピーターの方も多いようで、みなさんに愛されているお店という感じがしました。またぜひ伺いたいと思います。
