まず串が全般火入れが上手く美味しいです
生産者から直で地鶏の仕入れをしているとのことで
肉質も良くて肝系もフレッシュです
マスターも強面ですが気さくな方ですごく話しやすいですし
カウンターがメインのお店ですがお客さんも常連が多く
良い意味で荒川区民の集いの場と化しています
価格も正直安いです笑
お母さんの代からやっているとのことで
地元の方には周知されていると思いますが
梅の湯に行った際はぜひ梅京で〆てお帰りください
