通りすがりで勘を頼りに初入店。
テレビの取材なども着ているらしくほぼ満席の繁盛ぶり
メニューの中に冬虫夏草ラーメンがありまして思わず注文
漢方では滋養強壮に使われるものですね、

うす塩スープに炒め野菜と冬虫夏草の苦味が何ともいい感じで
味のバランス取り方が自分の舌に合っちゃいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人8人で忘年会です。4～5人前のコース料理に単品を足しました。十分満腹！！とても美味しかったです。本格中華がお安くて大満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆豆腐が美味しいと知人から教えてもらい、初めて訪れました。マーボー丼を食べました。マーボー丼というメニューも珍しく、とても美味しかったです。市街地から少し離れたところに店がありますが接客も問題なく(*^^*)良い店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パイコーメンをいただきました。スープが少しぬるめでしたが、そこまで気になりません。肝心のパイコーですが、噛む度に肉汁とスープが口の中にじゅわ～と広がります。これはおいしいですね。値段は1,000円と少し高めですが、次来るときも注文候補の一つになり得ますね。ただし、このお店、コロナ禍以降、昼営業のみとなってしまいました。個人的には夜の方が行けるチャンスは多いので少々残念なのですが、まぁ昼営業のみでも長くお店が続いてくれることを祈っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの麻婆豆腐！ボリューム満点！味は山椒の辛みと言うよりは生姜、にんにく、唐辛子の辛みで私は好きなタイプでした。ご飯が進む感じですね！ちょい塩味が強かったかなぁ?ご馳走様でした。
次は五目焼きそばを注文したいですね！
Mapo tofu for lunch! Volume perfect score! The taste was not so much the spiciness of Japanese pepper as it was the spiciness of ginger, garlic and chili peppers, which I liked. It feels like the rice goes on! I wonder if the saltiness was a little strong ? It was a treat.
Next time I would like to order Gomoku Yakisoba!
