海鮮ぶっかけ飯が名物とのことです。漁師が漁の合間に船上で捕れ立ての新鮮な魚介類の具や好みの味付けたれなどをごはんにぶっかけて食べることからぶっかけ飯と言われるようです。
食べ方の説明文があり、それによると、最初は好みで特製タレをかけて食べ、途中で温泉卵をのせて食べ、最後、ご飯が少なくなったらさっぱり梅昆布だしをかけて食べるとのことです。
数種類のぶっかけ飯メニューがありますが、中でも味噌たたきアジのぶっかけ飯が人気のようです。
海鮮ぶっかけ飯以外にはそばやうどん、ラーメンにカレーライスもあるなどメニューも豊富で、こちらは650円〜760円とお手頃価格です。
おみやげ処「海幸の蔵」も魚季亭内にあり、地元の天然素材にこだわった本物志向の品々や海からの贈り物を販売しているとのことです。

鯛のぶっかけを頂きました、辛めのソースも梅昆布だしで最後頂くのも大変美味しかったです！
We used for lunch when we went to sea bathing around Dogashima. You can not see from the road as it is down the stairs of the parking lot.
It was very delicious to have a hot sauce, plum sauce and plum kelp soup and the last one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前にも来たことがあり、2019/10に再訪。とてもいい天気の中、ランチを頂いた。気づいたのは、以前来たときも美味しかったが更に進化しているところ。海鮮石焼き丼にタレ、だし汁、半熟玉子をかけて食べる。美味しいしボリュームもあり、値段も手頃だ。味に変化がつけられるよう、タレをかけて食べ、半熟玉子をかけてたべ、だし汁をかけて食べと飽きずに食べ進められる。石焼きなのでおこげもでき、冷めにくい。観光地の食事処と侮るなかれ。アロエソフトクリームもある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堂ヶ島は国道136号線沿いにあるお食事どころ。「塩カツオうどん」をいただきました。お出汁、付け合わせ、温玉をからめて食べますが、塩加減も抜群でとっても美味しかったです。田楽味噌おでん、タコの唐揚げも美味しく、店員の方の対応も丁寧で満足でした。

お店は国道136号からは見えず、魚季亭専用駐車場？に駐め横の階段を降りたら、堂ヶ島マリン遊覧船乗り場のそばにあります。
お店はうどん・蕎麦・ラーメン・海鮮などがあり、おすすめは海鮮ぶっかけ飯のようで5種類ぐらいあります。今回は、一日30食限定の鯵のぶっかけ飯富士山盛りを注文。一杯で三度の味を楽しめる漁師飯、美味しく頂きました。景色も素晴らしく絶景のロケーションです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節限定ぶっかけ飯三種丼を頂きました、ピリ辛タレを付けたり梅昆布出汁でお茶漬け風にしたり薬味をのせたり、味変を楽しみながら美味しく頂けました。
量は腹八分目といった感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堂ヶ島の絶景が目の前の素晴らしい場所。加山雄三ミュージアムの道の反対側に専用駐車場があり、そこから階段降りると海沿いにお店が有ります。目の前は、堂ヶ島遊覧船乗り場。ランチで海苔たっぷりの『のりラーメン』美味しかったです。会計時に西伊豆町スクラッチで500円券当たり、ニューサマーオレンジゼリーを買って帰りました。ぐり茶とかお土産も少し売っています。店内広くて、お店の方親切。コロナ対策もキチンとされています。トイレは出て直ぐ前に公共のトイレが有り綺麗です。波打ち際なので眺めは最高だけど、窓ガラス洗っても直ぐに塩で白くなってしまうそうです。
