高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田県内でも有名な蕎麦処「羽後町」その中でも一番新しく出来たのが「道の駅羽後端縫の郷」の中の「端縫ダイニング」さん。久々に訪問しました。羽後町の蕎麦の定番は「冷やがけ」なので、もちろん冷やがけをオーダー。他でご飯食べてきちゃったんで、今回は冷やがけ（小）でした（笑）お昼はかなり渋滞してます。チェーン店のうどん屋さんのスタイルで、並んでオーダーしてその場で茹でて水で締めるので、どうしても渡すまで時間かかっちゃうんですよね(￣▽￣;) お蕎麦を受け取った後、前に進みながらおむすびや天ぷらなどのサイドメニューを選び、最後にお会計を。一人での来店だったので、田んぼを眺められるカウンター席へ。名だたる銘店のレベルまではもう少しですが十分美味しく、かなりレベルの高いお蕎麦です。ここのメニューの意外な穴場が「讃岐うどん並」なんと280円！コスパ最高ですよ(^^) Soba restaurant "Ugo-cho" famous in Akita Prefecture The most recently made of them is "Made-to-order Dining" in "Michi-no-Eki Hago".
