車歩道間の柵や欄干が新しくなり雰囲気が変わりました。
橋の下には線路を挟んで「幸公園」と「下所公園」がある。
 A bridge over the conventional Echigo line and under the Joetsu Shinkansen.
The atmosphere has changed with new fences and railings between the sidewalks.
Under the bridge, there are “Koiko Park” and “Shimojo Park” across the railway.
