K	Kazuya SATO (かっつ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行部門(除バス)に対し過去に数回交渉を持ったが、スタッフの応対が不誠実かつ失礼である。客側要件が間尺に合わなければ、勝手に庄交コーポ側の都合に変換して物事を処理しようとする傾向。店員の指導がなされておらず甘やかしている印象をうける。以降は私の感想だが、旅行商品購入後にトラブルが発生しても真摯な対応は期待出来そうになく敬遠したい。 I have negotiated with the travel department (excluding buses) several times in the past, but the staff are dishonest and rude.
