★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Ryokan hotel with a large onsen (hot spring) bath both indoor and outdoor with a large waterfall. Nice lobby area which also acts as a cafe. Staff are friendly. Can have no complaints!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for the Onsen, it's wonderful. Quite a large changing room and bath. The outdoor area is wonderful, with a large waterfall filling your view, the 2 genders are separated by a wall, but the acoustics are such that you cannot hear anyone but those you're sharing the baths with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in winter and it was an amazing experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and kind. They even gave my son a present on his birthday. The service wasn’t the kind of polite and cold that we usually find in Japan. Super nice!
