It's not dirty, it's old and the natural deterioration that accompanies it. Kuroyu is divided into women's bath and mixed bathing.

T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 複数の源泉を持つ温泉旅館。そのうち有名なのは黒湯。黒いわけではなく、緑っぽい色ながら透明なのだそうですが、室内が暗くてよくわかりませんでした。自炊で長期滞在している人もいれば、日帰りで訪れる人もいるような、人を惹きつける個性を持った温泉ともいえましょう。しかしながら、石油のようなタイヤのような強いにおい。確かに、湯上りは肌がつるつるで、ぽかぽかしましたが、私には快適に感じられませんでした。温泉成分による水回りの腐食・劣化が目立ち、身体を洗うには適しません。そして建物は、一言でいえばおんぼろです。壁はところどころ剥げ、畳は擦り切れ、障子も破れたところあり。窓はサッシではなく昔のまま。風が吹けばガタガタ音がして隙間風もあります。とにかく古くて迷路のような作り。大きな地震がきたら耐えられるのだろうか心配。とても、お金を出して泊まるような場所には思えませんでした。温泉好きの人からすれば、魅力あふれるところなのでしょうが、残念ながら私の趣味にはあいませんでした。ただ、食事は意外なほど普通です。状況をよく理解したうえで宿泊されますよう。 A hot spring inn with multiple sources. The walls were peeled off in places, the tatami mats were worn out, and the shoji were torn. The windows are the same as before, not the sashes. If the wind blows, there will be a rattling noise and there will be drafts. Anyway, it's old and made like a maze. I'm worried if I can withstand a big earthquake. It didn't seem like a place to spend money and stay. For those who like hot springs, it's a charming place, but unfortunately it didn't suit my taste. However, the food is surprisingly normal. Please understand the situation well before you stay.
0	00 Goinkyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.11.14 ラムネ湯は戸を開けるなり石油臭。ラムネ感はなく、とにかくタール！熱めで身体の悪いところ全て治りそうな感じの湯のパワーを感じました。黒湯もまた白い湯の花浮いてるのに、湯は黒く、初めて見た泉質でした。那須塩原の元湯、大出館の墨湯とも全く違う。そして、ザ・東北の湯治場！という風情が残されていて、懐かしい感じがして、もう感動していました。宿のおじさんも500円の日帰り入浴なのに、いろいろ親切に教えてくれます。本当はいさぜん旅館にも行くはずでしたが、こちらの湯のパワーで、やめておきました。次回、宿泊してみたいです（＾ω＾） ---- みなさんの汚いとか掃除されてないとかってコメント読みましたけど、ちゃんと掃除されてます。経年劣化が進んでるだけです。日本の様式美を守ろうとしているだけです。今の高友旅館のままが、日本の財産なのです。モルタルやリノリウムのコギレイなだけの施設になんの魅力がありますか？私は、友人からそのような施設に誘われると「結局のところこの人とは、わかりあえないんだな」という切ない気持ちになります。そういう意味では、リフォームした二岐温泉の湯小屋旅館に失望しました。いつまでも、このままの高友旅館でいてほしいと心から願っています。 2021.11.14 Ramune hot water smells like petroleum as soon as you open the door. I'm just trying to preserve the stylistic beauty of Japan. The current Takatomo Ryokan remains a Japanese property. What is the appeal of a facility that is just like a mortar or linoleum? When a friend invites me to such a facility, I feel sad that I don't understand this person after all. In that sense, I was disappointed with the remodeled Futamata Onsen Yukoya Ryokan. I sincerely hope that you will stay at Takatomo Inn as it is.
n	namida ii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒湯はとてもいい温泉です、泉質だけなら星五つです。ひょうたん風呂はぬるくて冬場は湯冷めしそうな感じでした。ここの旅館は古い云々では無く掃除と言う概念が有りません、温泉で商売をしてるなら責めてお風呂ぐらいは大事にしてもいいと思う。 Kuroyu is a very nice hot spring, and if it's just the quality of the spring, it's five stars. The gourd bath was lukewarm and seemed to be cold in winter. The inn here is not old and does not have the concept of cleaning, so if you are doing business in a hot spring, you can blame it and take care of the bath.

上	上杉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの温泉が好きでよく通っております。体がよく暖まる唯一無二の温泉です。多くの方が書く「掃除をほとんどしてないのではないか？」私はNOだと思います。ただ、行き届いてはないかもしれません。源泉かけ長しの温泉が4つ(浴槽自体はもっと多い)もありそこは毎日のように湯抜きして清掃が必要でしょう。私はここに数十回は通ってますが、従業員は数人の方しかみたことがない。それでいてそこそこでかい旅館です。旅館と言う形態状、料理や宿泊の準備などもするのでしょうし、かなりきついだろうなと。日常で使う人間としては従業員の方が体を壊さないよう、末長く続いてくれるのを祈るのみです。 I like the hot springs here and often go there. G	Green Odori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for a day trip. There are two bathrooms for men and women each. There are two different types of bath pools in the bigger bath room. One is black water with oily smell, the other one is white cloudy water with unique sulfide smell. The other bath room has a black water bath pool. The water is 100% natural hot spring without circulation. The facilities are old and not clean. The stools in the smaller bathroom were covered with moss. Bottles of shampoo in the same room was covered with mold. Nonetheless, as long as you stay away from these, small deficits don’t matter. The water and the bath pool are clean. This place has the one and only unique hot spring. Must go for onsen lovers. No no for ordinary people.
