★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的なちゃんぽんを食べたくなり、ネットで有名なこちらへ伺いました。
平日の11時台で、先客は二人。その方たちはすぐに出て行ったの実質私一人しかいませんでした。
店員は60代くらいのお爺さん2二人。
接客の際はほぼ無口でしたで、愛想はあまりよくないみたいです。
注文は長崎ちゃんぽん(950円)だけ。
7,8分で出来上がりました。
味はとっても美味しいですが、野菜多めで麺は多くはないです。
リンガーハットのちゃんぽんよりスープが濃厚で、こういう所が専門店の味なのかな。
ボリュームは多いので、食べ終わってからサイドメニューを注文することはありませんでした。

The volume was so large that I didn't order the side menu after I finished eating.

オススメは長崎ちゃんぽんにニンニクちょい足し（ガッツリ足しでも問題ない）身体が暖まってサイコーです！

Absolutely addictive!
I recommend adding a little garlic to Nagasaki Champon (it doesn't matter if you add it tightly) and it's warm and awesome!

以前本厚木に姉妹店があったけどあっちは無くなってしまった。
本厚木の方が全然近いので少し残念だがそれでもこちらまで足を運ぶ感じ。。。
目的は【焼きチャンポン】の為に…
これは美味い！！
てか、珍しい！！
【焼きそば】【焼きうどん】とはしっかり違うし味付けもいい！(^^)
なんせ中々聞いた事のないメニューだしw
三兄弟で２４時間回してるのも凄すぎる。
（今は違うみたいだけど）
厚木の店長？もこっちに来ているし三男は厚木住まいだし…
なら俺も来るしかないよね！
皿うどんやチャンポンは他店でもありそこまで【唸る】ほどでは無いがそれでも中々。
三兄弟さん達も気さくで優しいしね！(^o^)
店内は少し狭く夜遅くになれば呑兵衛達が多々やってくるので少しウルサクなるが地元に人気のお店がである。
ファミリーにはちとキツイかな？
でも【焼きちゃんぽん】は一度は食べるメニューである！！！！！

ちゃんぽんはとても野菜が多くボリュームありスープも美味しです。セットでチャーハンを頼みましたがチャーハンがだいぶちゃんぽんに負けます…。メインが長崎ちゃんぽんなので長崎ちゃんぽんちゃんぽんはおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長崎旅行で食べたちゃんぽんと皿うどんが本当に美味しくて近所でリンガーハット以外で食べれる店を探してこちらへ訪問。
ちゃんぽんの方は野菜や海鮮の味がスープに染みていて絶品でした！普通盛りでもそこそこ量がありました。
餃子もかなり美味しいです！
炒飯は作り置きなのか冷めてて固くなってました。
近隣にコインパーキングがいくつかありますが駐車料金高めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性一人で入るのをちょっと躊躇しちゃうくらい、いい感じのお店です。ちゃんぽん麺は九州の民が大好きなふにゃ麺で、スープは気づいたら飲んじゃってる美味しいスープです。柔らかい麺が苦手な方は皿うどんも美味しいのでそちらをオススメします！
