再就職手当の申請に伺いました。 対応されている方が若い方ばかりで職員もどの資料が必要かご存知ない様子で不安になりました。 後日何回も書類が足りないと言われ何度も通う羽目になりました。足りない書類は一度に教えて頂きたいです。 こちらにとってお金に関わる大別な事で生活がかかっています。中途半端な対応で非常に不快になりました。

失業手当の申請をしに行ってきました。 コロナ禍でたくさん人がいましたが2時間くらいで終わりました。 対応してくださった方々はすごく親身になって話を聞いてくださったり素敵な方々でした。 ここで書かれているような悪い対応をされた方は自分自身が横柄な態度を取っていたのではないかと…。 職員の方も人間なので忙しい中で俺様私様みたいな方がいるとつい本音が出ちゃったのでしょうね。

受付けからそれぞれの担当者まで、分かりやすく丁寧な対応をされている印象。スペースが狭く通路も通りにくいのが残念。

2階の受付にいるソバージュのおばさんが非常に失礼で態度が悪い。 用件を聞かれたので某申請用の書類が欲しい旨を伝えると、早く番号札を渡せば良いのに意地悪そうにニヤニヤした目で「で?」「で?」と詳細を説明させ、「そう簡単に書類は渡せないんで笑。番号札を持って窓口に伝えて」と言われた。 いや、だからそう思って簡潔に伝えたのに根掘り葉掘り聞いてきたのはそちらでは。 こちらも受付の人が専門的なことを理解しているとは思っていない。 良い生き方をしていないと態度や表情に滲み出るので、こうはならないようにしたい。 窓口の人の応対は分かりやすく人を見下すような態度もとらず好感が持てるのに、受付がこんな感じというだけで一気に印象が悪くなるので、誰でもできる仕事でも人を選んだ方が良いと思う。

いいところは立地だけ。 こちらから問い合わせをすれば、電話では答えられないことが多く、いちいち行かないと事が進まない。(時間と労力が必要) ハローワーク側は、何かあれば会社に電話で問い合わせをしている様子。関わりは必要最小限にしたいです。
