★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こどもを抱えてクリニックの前（大通りに面したところ）で待っていたら、待っている場所が違うと乗務員に怒鳴られました。玄関で待つのが「常識」だそうです。乗った瞬間、横柄な態度だったのでこどもも私も驚きました。怖いし、腹は立つしで泣いてしまいました。その後、予約専用ダイヤルにその件を伝えましたが、電話に出た女性も同じことを言いました。乗務員も配車係も、すみませんの一言もない。タクシーを普段利用しないので、少なくとも私はその「常識」を知りませんでした。それを知らない私が悪いといった態度。知らないことは悪かったにしても、なぜ怒鳴られないといけないのでしょうか。こちらが女だからとナメていませんか？良い運転手の方もいると思いますが、客を客と思っていませんので、みなさんご注意を。

前後駅前のロータリーから道路に出ようとしていた「219」の車両が、横断歩道を渡っていたサラリーマンの男性にぶつかっていました。男性は、タクシーのほうを振り返って見ていました。乗務員は笑ってごまかしているような感じでした。危ないので注意したほうがいいですよ.....

It seems that "common sense" is to wait at the entrance. The moment I got on it, I was surprised because I was arrogant. I was scared and angry and cried. After that, I told the reservation dial about the matter, and the woman who answered the phone said the same thing. Neither the crew nor the dispatcher have a word of excuse. At least I didn't know the "common sense" because I don't usually take a taxi. The attitude that I am bad without knowing it. Why do I have to yell at something I don't know? Isn't it because this is a woman? I'm sure there are some good drivers, but I don't think of customers as customers, so please be careful.

A "219" vehicle that was about to enter the road from the roundabout in front of the front and rear stations was hit by a male office worker crossing the pedestrian crossing. The man was looking back at the taxi. The crew felt like they were laughing and cheating. You should be careful because it is dangerous .....
