モ	モチコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもがNintendoSwitchにお茶をダイレクトにこぼし水濡れ故障させてしまい依頼しました。丁寧に対応してくださり好感が持てました。もし修理出来たなら約7000円かかり、修理不能だった場合は直せなくても調査費用として約3000円かかるとしっかり説明して頂き安心して預ける事が出来ました。今回は内部の基盤がダメージを受けており、修理不能でしたがキッチリ診て頂き助かりました。 (補足)後日、Nintendoサポートセンターに保証が切れていたので有償修理を依頼しました。メイン基盤の故障、外装下の破損、ジョイコンの故障により本体の故障部分交換とジョイコンの交換修理で無事に直りました。部品代8200円+技術料7800円-Webからの修理依頼割引800円＝15200円+消費税1520円。合計16720円で復活しました。最初に診て頂いたお陰でNintendoへの修理を踏み切れたので、また何か困ったことがあれば依頼したいと思います。ありがとうございました。 A child asked for Nintendo Switch because he spilled the tea directly and caused it to get wet.
