利用して不快感と不信感しか残らないレンタカー屋は初めてです。
レンタカー屋さんに高いレベルを期待してはいませんが、期待値が元々低くても、それでも遥かにそれを超越してきます。
そもそもの企業体質なのか…接客業・サービス業だという自覚は皆無なんでしょうね。
その日1日中気分が悪く、折角の外出の思い出が台無しになりました。
二度と利用しません。
今後は電車乗って隣の駅に行ってでも別のお店を利用します。
Service and support are too rough.
This is the first rental car shop that uses it and leaves only discomfort and distrust.
We don't expect high levels from rental car shops, but even if the expectations are low originally, we can still far exceed it.
I wonder if it's a corporate structure in the first place...I don't realize that it's a hospitality service business.
I felt sick all day long, and my memories of going out were ruined.
I will not use it again.
In the future, I will take another train even if I take a train to the next station.
