I asked this photo shop for 753 pictures of my child. I put the shop logo (watermark) on the front of the finished photo. There was no explanation on the website about the logo being put in, and I had never received an explanation at the time of reservation, costume matching, before shooting, or after shooting. When I selected and ordered the photos after shooting, the sample album that the store showed me and the photos displayed at the store did not have such a watermark and there was no explanation. I was shocked to see the finished photo. When I asked the store, they said, "I don't need to explain this to the customer," "It's natural because it's our copyright," and "If you want to talk to the consumer center, please." It was. Originally, I wanted the same photo shop to take a commemorative photo of my family in the future, so I dared to ask this photo shop near my house. Having such an experience, my feelings went beyond anger and became sad. The photo can be retaken elsewhere, but the moment is irretrievable for an important memorial. I would appreciate it if you could refer to this experience for those who are considering using it, so I wrote a review. I find it necessary to share my costly but negative experience with'photo tagaya' though chances are low that English users are using it. This shop will put their name on your photos (photos that you paid money for) without any explanations and notices rather They justify themselves by saying that they own the copyright of customer's photos. Therefore, they said that it is totally no need to explain to customers for such a thing. The shop's name (a watermark) was quite recognizable on my photos. However, when the shop staff showed me with their sample albums, there are no watermarks as such on them. Nor are those display photos hanging on their shop. If I could know About this in the first place, I would not spend my money at this shop for sure. I hope my sharing this experience could help anyone who is considering this shop.
