ド	ドラまさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平成１２年上期に我が家（一軒家）を注文建築（新築）してもらった。当時は、建築材の事・外壁の事・屋根瓦の事・壁紙の事…と諸々注文や相談をしながら時には我が儘も言ってしまったが、親切に話を聞いてくれたし、懇切丁寧に建築してもらった。社長（棟梁）はとても人柄が良く、話し易い。（棟梁と言えば、解体工と同様に短気でせっかちと言うイメージを持っていたが、勝手な思い込みで実際は真逆だった。）　そして、仕事に対する腕も要領も良く、丁寧である。この工務店（大工）は総体的に大当たりなので、新築・増改築（リフォーム）を考えている方には自信を持ってお薦めする。築１５年以上経った今でも、住居に不具合が有れば、懇切丁寧に対応（修理・工事）してくれるし、年数回建築現場の通り道に当たれば立ち寄って様子伺いもしてくれる。特に、年末暮れにはマメに欠かさず、新年カレンダーを配って挨拶回りをしがてら、様子伺いもしてくれるので非常に有り難い。因みに、当初新築を頼んだ工務店（大工）は既に廃業しているが、当時は紹介でこの工務店（大工）さんにお世話になる事になったんだよなあ。今思えば、元の工務店（大工）は当時既に廃業の危機に陥っていたから他の工務店（大工）を紹介したのかもしれんな(￣ー￣)　だから、地鎮祭に立ち会うだけ立ち会って、建築中にちょこっとだけ監視したっ切り、バツが悪くなって挨拶せずに黙って雲隠れしたのか(￣ω￣；) In the first half of 2000, my house (one house) was custom built (newly built). Especially thanks to the beans at the end of the year. By the way, the builder (carpenter) who requested the new construction has already been closed.
