カメラマンさん、アシスタントさんはじめ、みなさん親切かつ丁寧で、とても感動しました。
今年3歳になる次男も一緒に撮影させてもらい、とてもありがたかったです。
息子たち、普段はとても恥ずかしがり&緊張しいなのでどうなることかと思いましたが、写真館の雰囲気・スタッフのみなさんの対応・一組ずつ丁寧に対応してくれる体制で、自然な笑顔溢れる撮影になりました。
またぜひ利用しますし、友人にも勧めたいと思います。
本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が産まれてから何度も撮っていただいてます。晴れた日に中庭で撮ってもらった写真がお気に入りです。いつもお任せですが背景も色々と考えて下さるので楽しいです。
コロナで去年は子供の写真を撮れなかったのですが落ち着いたらまたお願いしたいと思っています。
I have been taking pictures many times since my child was born. I like the pictures taken in the courtyard on a sunny day. It's always up to you, but it's fun because you think about the background in various ways.
I couldn't take a picture of my child in Corona last year, but I'd like to ask again when I'm calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七五三の撮影で利用しました。
HPを見て事前に着物を選ぶことが出来るとあり、撮影日前に子どもを連れて伺いました。子どもが選んだ着物と使用する日時を伝えメモされていましたが当日行くと用意されておらず覚えていないようでした。
もし他のお子さんが神社に行くなどして貸出していたらどうなっていたんだろうと不安になりました。
きっと残念な気持ちで撮影に臨むことになったと思います。
撮影後、写真選びの際にじっくり選びたかったので時間をかけてしまったのかもしれませんが何度か決まりましたか？と促されたのはあまり良い気持ちがしませんでした。早く決めなきゃと焦りました。
近隣の駐車場を利用した際のサービス券、声掛けして頂けると有難いです。
恥ずかしがり屋で写真が苦手な息子ですが、撮影中もうまく気分を乗せてくれ、良い雰囲気の中でムリなく自然体を撮って頂きました。
出来上がった写真を見て、嬉しそうに眺めている息子の姿を見れて嬉しかったです。

I heard that you can choose a kimono in advance by looking at the website, so I took my child with me before the shooting date. The kimono chosen by the child and the date and time of use were written down, but when I went on the day, it was not prepared and I didn't seem to remember it.
I was worried about what would have happened if another child had rented it out, such as by going to a shrine.
I'm sure I was disappointed when I started shooting.
It may have taken some time after shooting because I wanted to carefully select the photos, but have you decided several times? I didn't feel very good about being prompted. I was impatient to decide early.
We would appreciate it if you could call out to us for a service ticket when using a nearby parking lot.
My son is shy and not good at photography, but he felt good during the shooting, and he took a natural picture in a good atmosphere.
I was happy to see my son looking happily at the finished photo.

とても良い写真が撮れました。これからも何かあれば利用したいと思います。

開放的でアットホームなフォトスタジオです。
撮影当日も親切にしてくださって、写真も綺麗に仕上げていただきました。この時点では満足度は高かったです。
しかしその後のやりとりがとても残念でした。フォトグッズを数点注文しましたが、送られてきた商品の個数が違う(会計後に発行いただいた書面ではあっているのに何故？)、梱包が簡易すぎる(フリマサイトでやり取りするときでも一般的にはもっと丁寧に梱包します。あの梱包方法では商品が割れる可能性もあり得ます。また、不足していた商品を送っていただいた際には、袋にも入っておらず厚紙で簡単に保護されていただけでした。)など。
素敵なスタジオなのに、こうしたやり取りで信頼をなくすのは非常に勿体ないと思いました。

Also, when you send the missing product, it will not be in the bag and you can easily use thick paper. It was just protected.) Etc.
Even though it's a nice studio, I thought it would be very wasteful to lose trust in these exchanges.

チェーンではない写真館に行くのは初めてなのですが、
電話の応対がとても好印象♪
亀有駅の南口から5分くらいの距離の場所にあり、
看板が出ていたのでわかりやすかったです。
撮影ブースがいくつも分かれているような
最近のフォトスタジオとは違い、
倉庫のような自由度の高い広々とした空間でした。
スタジオなのに外で撮影できたのも嬉しいポイント?
大手さんと比べてリーズナブルな値段で、
写真の技術も申し分なく、
手厚いサービスだったので満足度が高いです❤️
１つ残念だったのが、
うちの息子は鎧兜を着たがっていたのですが、
サイズが合わないようで断念しました…
鎧兜はたくさん種類を揃えている訳ではなさそうです。
