先日希望の物件があったため利用しました。年配の男性のスタッフさんが対応。直接お話したときの印象は悪くなかったと思います。運悪くその物件は先約がいたため自分は二番目になってしまい、けっきょく一番手の方がそのまま契約となってしまったので残念ながらこの件はご縁がなくなってしまいました。ひとつ気になる点があったので書いておきます。顧客情報が欲しかったのか、来店するまではわりと積極的に連絡をいただくなど熱心に対応いただきました。こちらは当初希望していた物件を見て気に入ればすぐにでも契約したい旨をお伝えしたのですが、あくまでも「二番手」のため一番手の方が内見終えてからでないとご案内できないと説明され連絡待ちということでその日は終わりました。しかし、その後一番手の方の内見の日になってもなかなか連絡が来ません。こちらはどうなったのか気になって仕方がないのに。そこで痺れを切らしてこちらから連絡入れると「一番手の方が契約しました」とのこと。だったらすぐに連絡をよこせよって言いたいのをぐっと堪え電話を切りました。最初の熱心さはどこへ消えてしまったのでしょうか？とても残念な印象しか残らなかったため参考までに残しておきます。

The day was over because I was waiting for contact. However, it is difficult to get in touch with me even on the day of the preview of the first person. I can't help wondering what happened here. So, when I got rid of my numbness and contacted me from here, he said, "The first person has signed a contract." Then I hung up because I wanted to get in touch with you immediately. Where did the first enthusiasm disappear? I left it as a reference because it left only a very disappointing impression.
