あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産屋さんって依頼者が要望をまず伝えてそこか厳選していくものではないのですか？要望を伝えていくと馬鹿にしたような態度。この家賃相場で全ての要望は通るとはこちらも思っていません。それでも他社の不動産屋さんはなるべく要望に沿った物件を出してくださいました。こんな不動産屋は初めてです。他社の不動産屋の方は「もしお客様がSUUMOなどで見てみていいなと思ったものは私に教えてください。空きがあるか確認させていただきます。」と言ってくださっていたのですが、三軒目のこちらでも同じようにSUUMOで調べてあるものを出すと「こっち(ハウスパートナー)の情報が最新なんで無いと思いますけどね」って言ってきました。結果、その物件はありました。そんなふうに言う人初めてでびっくりしすぎて笑いが止まりませんでした。営業する気あるのでしょうか。内見する気でこちらに伺いましたが、あまりに対応が悪く気分が悪くなり帰りました。帰る時もこちらが帰りますと伝えると、「は？あーわかりました」って言う感じです。最後の最後まで嫌な感じです。口コミ評価が高いので行ってみましたが、全くでした。無事、他社さんで家が決まりました。 Isn't the real estate agent the client first telling the request and then carefully selecting it?
