言葉遣いも子供のようで、大変不快な思いをしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は対応も親切で安心して契約に至りました。ヴィラージュ寺尾という賃貸アパートを仲介して頂きました。営業の方は契約当時、家主さんのお住まいは当該物件の一階だと明言はしませんでしたが濁す程度で示唆してきただけでしたので気にしませんでした。
問題はここからです。暮らし始めると一階家主からの電話での不法な追い出し行為や、挨拶を無視する等の嫌がらせを受けました。家主さんは煙草を吸われるので2階に煙が充満します。
3か所の換気扇から逆流しているようで設備の瑕疵として点検を要請しても無視。中国温灸を夜中に使われるらしく、夜中に部屋が煙で充満しました。警察や消防にも相談しましたが解決策はありませんでした。話をしようにも電話に出ない、出ても無言で何も話さない方でした。
この旨全て不動産屋に報告した結果、弊社から出来る事は無いとのこと。こちらも足音等で迷惑をかけて居ることをお詫びしても和解に至らず残念ながら結果引っ越しを余儀なくされました。
私としては一階に家主が住まわれている事を濁さず最初から明言して欲しかったです。そして、家主の賃料催促には加担するが賃借人の不利益にはノータッチの姿勢も改めて欲しいです。この様な暴挙を行う家主の物件を紹介するということは、一度目に家主の住居を濁した内容を踏まえると、入居させては自発的に退去をするように仕向け、契約を増やしてゆくやり方ではないかと疑念を抱かざるを得ない内容です。
