立ち退きの際に、入居前と同じかそれ以上の状態にしたにも関わらずそこを一切評価せず、盗難で無くした鍵の料金として18000円近く請求されました。

退去する際に、公共の無線LANを使っているはずが、ルーターを無くしただの、文句をつけられてお金を請求されました。店員の知識、ITスキルが無さすぎます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住まい探しは物件探しも大事ですが、住んでからのサポートが一番大事な気がしてます。以前に住んでたアパートの管理会社は対応も遅くイマイチでしたが、こちらの会社の物件に引っ越してからはそんなイライラも無くなりました。社員さんは皆さん暖かい方で、対応も早くとても満足しています。
