If you want to take rapid one, take the local one first from here and get off one station after either Chiba station or Inage station. The station is the nearest to Chiba University Nishi-Chiba campus. You need take north exit after the etc and turn left towards the South Gate of Chiba University. And there is a Mosque, prayer house for the Muslim turn to the right after north exit.
