M	Manami KG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もし車の整備不良が原因で事故が起きたとしても、「お客様の責任」との発言をされました。夜に接客されている方が皆さん最低です。星も付けたくないくらい。ある時は練馬で有名なニンニクラーメンを食べてきたあとの匂いを店舗中に充満させてました。口からもほとばしるニンニク臭。またある時は、割引料金適用について（朝の店員との共有ミスがあったのだと思いますが）利用者側のミスであるかのようなぞんざいな扱い。そして、今回は借りた車に整備不良があったのでお伝えしたところ「それで事故が起きてもお客様の責任です」と言われる始末。一度お問い合わせをさせていただいたこともありますが、これはもう特定の店員の人間性に問題があるとしかいえません。 Even if an accident occurred due to poor maintenance of the car, he said that it was "customer's responsibility".
