★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏にここで、よく車を借ります。練馬駅からは徒歩5分くらい。自転車置き場があるので、借りている間は置いてました。（ただ夜は閉鎖される可能性）練馬駅のロータリーは広いので、ここで借りてロータリーでグループで待ち合わせするのはありかも。
I often rent a car here in summer. About 5 minutes on foot from Nerima Station. Because there is a bicycle storage place, I kept it while borrowing. (It may be closed at night) The roundabout at Nerima Station is large, so it may be possible to rent here and meet with a group at the roundabout.

本当に最高の対応をしていただきました。あまり詳細は書けないですが、何があったか簡単に書かせてください。
特別なプランで予約変更が難しいプランを予約したのですが、こちらのミスで予約の日時が間違っていることが発覚し、どう考えてもキャンセルしないといけないことがわかりました。そこでキャンセルの電話をしたのですが柔軟に対応していただきました。
お店の方は何も悪くないのに終始笑顔で対応していただきました。神対応の見本のような対応をしていただきました。本当にありがとうございます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の従業員が酷い態度だった。借りるとき、イライラしたような怒った口調で、車の一覧だけ渡され説明もろくにされず、極めつけは傷の確認をする前に「傷の有無を確認した」というサインをさせてきました。幸い何も傷はなく、トラブルにはならなくてよかったですが、もし後で傷を自分のせいにされてもサイン済みなので文句を言えません。ここで借りる人は気をつけてください。
返却のときの男性従業員はとても感じがよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are super nice. Love their service. They didn't ask me to pay prior to my rental when i visited for the reservation. They made it convenient for me to return the car and pay for the gas there upon arrival earlier without stopping by gas station and filling the gas tank so that i can save time.
