★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性店員の態度が悪すぎます。物の扱いは雑で身分証は投げるし最悪。借りる際の説明も全くしないです。最低限の接客はして欲しいですね。車借りる気を無くしました。
The attitude of a female clerk is too bad. Handling of things is sloppy and throwing identity cards is the worst. I do not do any explanation when borrowing. I would like a minimum customer service. I lost my car borrowing.

営業所スタッフは二人とも感じが良かったが室内の臭いには閉口した。
I rented one box for moving, but I was surprised to see the size of Bongo! The room smelled terrible.
The sales staff both felt good but closed the smell in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駒沢大学近辺には何軒かレンタカー屋がありますが、ここのニッポンレンタカーが使い勝手、接客対応、サービス等、一番良い感じがします。ラッキーが重なっているかもしれませんが、いつも車は新車の様な綺麗さ、車内は嫌な臭いも無く気持ち良く乗らせて頂いています。駒沢近辺でレンタカーをするなら、ここがお薦めですね！
