成	成美星野 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2月にリフォームの相談をし、4月(出産前)にリフォームを完了したいと話し、最速で動けば間に合うとのことだったのでお願いしました。しかし、3月になっても見積もりが届かず、代表の電話に問い合わせ、担当に伝えてもらいました。その日のうちにポストに入ってましたが、見積もりの日付を見ると2月の日付けだったので、投函するのを忘れてた？切手がなかったので、直接来たと思いますが、お詫びなども一切なし。値段は安かったのでお願いしたらやっぱり間に合いませんでした。その際、出産後落ち着いたらまた同じ価格でできるか聞いたところ、できると言っていたので、一昨日、再度リフォームをしたいと代表の電話番号に伝えたら、担当に繋いで翌日電話させますと言われました。昨日、1日待ってましたが、連絡きません。一連を振り返ると、とても対応が悪く、計画もずれてしまい、最悪でした。口コミを見る限り、私の担当の方が悪かったのかなと思います。小さなリフォームだったので蔑ろにされていたのでしょうか。うちにとっては大きなリフォームなので、とても気分が悪いです。もう他のところで探すことにしました。 I consulted about remodeling in February, said that I would like to complete the remodeling in April (before giving birth), and said that if I could move at the fastest speed, I would be in time. O	O Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりの為の現地調査に来てからひと月なんの連絡も無い為フリーダイヤルへ連絡すると担当休みの為明日電話しますとの事。翌日以降ずっと連絡待つも一切連絡無く 3日後もう一度フリーダイヤルへ連絡やっと担当から電話が来ました。通常1～2週間で出来るはずの見積もりとの事だが担当物件多く遅くなったとの事。更に1週間欲しいとの事、フリーダイヤル総合受付からチャットで連絡来ていたが担当見落としていて連絡出来なかったとの事でした。見積もり遅くなるならその様に初めに言うか途中で連絡くれるべきかと思うし、チャット見落としとかもあと1週間欲しいとかも全く信用出来ず、大した金額にならないリフォームだから後回しにしたか、忘れていたかだろうとしか想像できません。ニッカホームにとって大したリフォームではなくてもこちらにとっては大きなリフォームです。大切な家のリフォームを信用出来ない会社にお願い出来るはずも無いので見積もりはお断りしました。大変いい加減です。 One month after coming to the field survey for quotation Because there is no contact When you contact the toll-free number I will call you tomorrow because of the holidays in charge. 関	関口まり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100円の端材を買うのにも丁寧で感じが良いです。リフォームも申し込みしたところですが、一生懸命やって下さるのがよく伝わってくるし、騒いで商談中に話しかけてくる子供の話にもしっかり受け答えてくれたりと、良い会社さんだなぁと思います。また、他社と違い、家づくりで1番楽しみにしているところからまず話に入ってくれるのと、できる出来ないをハッキリ言ってくれるので、個人的に話し合いが疲れないです。『この人自分の家づくりしてるのかな？』と錯覚するほど一生懸命で、無駄なところはやめた方がいいと言ってくれて、必須なところはしっかり勧めてくれるので安心して任せられます。全て一貫性なところも安心です。あくまで私の感想ですが(笑) It's also polite and nice to buy 100 yen offcuts.
