宿	宿借り on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんこつしょうゆ食べました。クリーミーで思ってたよりさっぱり。私は好きな味です。 I ate tonkotsu soy sauce. It's creamy and refreshing than I expected. I like the taste.

食	食べすぎ-中年Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年11月末。今日は…【麺屋　壱】に初訪問しました。新村交差点。信号待ちでよくわかります。前はたしか…ラーメンとん太だった場所です。（いつの間に入れ替わったのか…）情報によれば豚骨系のお店とのこと。さっそく…入店。カウンターに付いて卓上メニューをザッと見て…豚骨醤油ラーメン並を注文。店内はまァ狭くも無く広くも無くの至って普通の佇まい。待つこと15分着丼。さすが並サイズ。見た目で小さく感じた。まァ…初訪で味を知るには丁度良いかと…濃厚に乳化した豚骨スープ。臭みも抑えられて苦手な人でも食べれる感じの万人向けなスープだ。下処理が丁寧に行われてる証拠だと思う。レンゲでひとすくい!…なかなかどぉーして！旨いじゃないのォー?家系のソレとは違う味わい。濃厚にしてしょっぱ過ぎない丁度良い味付けが良かった? 麺は…中太ストレートで喉越し良く美味かった。チャーシューは…ペラいロース肉だったが…総合的に美味い1杯でした。昼時でお客も程よく居てそれなりに賑わっていました。本日は美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした? 一	一花華一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨塩、チャーシュートッピング。味は長浜っぽく盛り付けは家系な感じ。チャーシューは薄く普通な味でトッピングする魅力はなかった。全体的に普通。ラーメン出てきた時、違和感あったがなんだろう？思って帰ってから見直すとレンゲが上向いてたからだ。ポイッ！て入れた感じ。 Pork bone salt, char siu topping.
