あ	あじ助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年始の初ドライブ。親のラーメンリクエストで立ち寄りました。ラーメンは詳しくないのですが、家系のスタンダードと思っていいんですかね。柔らかめにしてもらった麺とスープの濃さが丁度よく、キャベツとモヤシとのバランスも良い、野菜多めにして正解。背脂？がダイス形に原型をとどめているのに、口に含むとあっと言う間にとろけて良い。餃子は皮が厚めで、好みとは逆でしたが、主食にもなる感じで、これはこれでいいのではないかと。千葉から利根川を越えただけなのに、茨城であまりご飯がハズレた記憶がありません。地元のいい素材が手に入るからなのですかね。お昼に豚そばをいただいて、夕食の時間になっても空腹になりませんでした。最近テレビで見ましたが、ラーメンでダイエットって本当に出来るのかもしれないと思いました。 New year's first drive.
