★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to try to get a room that I found listed on their website as vacant. The staff were very rude and tried to ignore me. Ended up lying to my face and said hey didn’t have a room. Got the feeling that they don’t like foreigners. Btw all this was done in Japanese so it isn’t like I couldn’t communicate with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of hotel is a 5 mins walking distance from the Niigata JR and bus stations during our Autumn trip.The laundry machine dryer is not sperated,so not drying well.There are nearby eateries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly standard budget hotel. Rooms are on larger side, have built in alarm, fridge, small TV and loaner laptop. The only issue is the sound - the walls are not that thick, so you can really know when other guests are moving around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient. This hotel is located only a few minutes away from Niigata station. Also right by the street where are a lots of restaurants and bars. Lots of affiliated parkings are available for $12/day nearby too. The hotel is not new honestly but sparkly clean. I got even a free upgrade room even though I paid for only 20/day. This hotel was one of best value hotels I have ever stayed in Niigata City. I strongly recommended here if you are looking for a good deal hotel near the Niigata station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the front is not that friendly. However there was one lady that went above and beyond. No free bottled water but you can get water on he 4th floor from the ice machine. Horrible wifi. We had our rooms moved to accommodate the bad wifi. There was no improvement. It’s in a great location. Very close public transport.
