★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台から新潟へ帰省し『新潟ふるさと村』に寄りました。二階の「新潟ｂ級グルメ横町」で新潟ラーメンを食べました。母と嫁は「新潟あっさりラーメン」。私は「長岡しょうが醤油ラーメン」を食べました。麺はすべて伸びきったような食感で、スープの味は薄く、出汁の風味は全くありませんでした。全員の評価は☆評価通りです。もう二度と行きません。
I returned to Niigata from Sendai and stopped by "Niigata Furusato Village". I ate Niigata ramen at "Niigata b-grade gourmet Yokomachi" on the second floor. My mother and daughter-in-law are "Niigata Light Ramen". I ate "Nagaoka Zinga Soy Sauce Ramen". All the noodles had a stretched texture, the soup tasted light, and the soup stock had no flavor at all. Everyone's evaluation is as ☆ evaluation. I will never go there again.

柏崎鯛茶漬けとタレかつ丼美味しかったです。鯛茶漬けに関しては、お出汁がきいてて、鯛がフワフワな食感でとても美味しかったです。また行きたいと思います。

Kashiwazaki sea bream chazuke and sauce and bowl were delicious. As for the sea bream chazuke, the soup stock was good and the sea bream had a fluffy texture and was very delicious. I think I want to go again.

You can enjoy B-grade gourmet at Roadside Station Hometown Village. The Western-style Katsudon with a mysterious taste was delicious. A drink bar is available for 200 yen.

食べた後も走るので、がっつり食べるのもなぁ〰️と思っていたら腹6、7分位のミニラーメンがメニューにあり、迷わずそれにしました。
背脂醤油。ご馳走様でした?
