★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて丸源ラーメンを食べたのは15年以上前でしたでしょうか。彦根のお店で寄った際に、なんて美味しいラーメン屋があるんだ！このもみじおろしがええ仕事しとる！と感動しました。
今では近くでも頂けるようになってありがたいです。
ロードサイドで駐車場もあり、お値段もも手頃で良いかと思います。
ただ僕の味覚が変わったのかお店の味が変わったというか、妙に味が濃いという表現で良いのか旨味が強いというか、個人的には少し微妙な味になってしまいました…

台湾ラーメン?は、
一口目に味噌の味がかってしまってて、さほど辛いと思わず食べ進められます。
肉味噌と唐辛子が徐々に効いてきて、辛味もでてくるように?
全体的に味噌の味が強く感じます。
半分くらい食べて、少しお酢を足すと、味噌の強みを抑えられて、まろやかになりました。
一般向けなので、辛さは、そこまで辛くないですが、汗は、じんわりと、。おすを入れると、辛味も落ち着くので、迷うところ。
辛味がもう少し強めがいいです。
台湾ラーメンなんで。
麺硬めで注文したほうが、合いそうでした。
