A	ASAMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アピール館には浮浪者が住みついています。見学者を見つけると、その周辺を何度も何度もウロウロしながら、ときに近くで立ち止まりじっとこっちを見ながら、臭い体臭をまき散らしています。気分が悪く、みなさんすぐ帰られます。すばらしい施設なのにひとりの浮浪者のせいで新潟のイメージが悪くなりました。とても残念です。 There are people living in the Appeal Hall. When I found a visitor, I wandered around the area over and over again, and when I stopped, I stopped watching it and scattered the smell of body odor. I feel sick and I can go home soon. Although it is a wonderful facility, the image of Niigata has been deteriorated due to a single person. It is very disappointing.

甘	甘党manaton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階から三階まで螺旋状のスロープをのぼると各階で新潟の歴史を知ることができます。また、一階エントランスからエレベーターに行く間で左に曲がると半円のビニールハウスへ行けるのですが、そこに室内アスレチックがあり、天気が悪い日でも子供連れて遊びに来られます。 You can learn about the history of Niigata on each floor by climbing the spiral slope from the first floor to the third floor. Also, if you turn left while going to the elevator from the entrance on the first floor, you can go to the semi-circular greenhouse, but there is an indoor athletic there, so you can come to play with children even on bad weather.

Enjoyable experience and free admission. Only Japanese descriptions of the exhibited items. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
R	Rei Estacio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised by the appeal hall. It showcased the different eras in Niigata and it was nice. They even had a snow making machine that will make you feel like it’s snowing. I just felt like there should be some English translations so the foreigners will appreciate it more. But all in all it was a good place to know more about Niigata.
