★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 応対態度が悪すぎる。事務的でＡＩと話しているような機械的な感じでの返答で相談とかというレベルではない。安心感ゼロ、むかついた。
相談したい内容をオペレーターが判断して即座に可否を回答するがほとんど事例での相談内容では話にならない。かなり大変なことににならないと無理。騒音問題でも聞いたが深夜の生活音くらいではダメで精神的におかしくなるくらいでないと相談できない。誇大広告です。所詮ただの保険会社、弁護士って付いているだけの保険。
 The reception attitude is too bad. It is not a level of consultation with a clerical and mechanical response like talking to AI. No sense of security, I was upset.
The operator decides the content to be consulted and immediately answers whether or not it is possible, but the content of the consultation in most cases is not talked about. It is impossible unless it becomes quite difficult. I've heard about noise problems, but I can't talk about it unless it's not enough to make a living sound at midnight and it's mentally strange. It's a hype. After all, insurance is just an insurance company and a lawyer.
