このメットライフ生命を名乗る人から営業の電話がかかってきた。電話帳を見ながらかけてきたかと思う。いきなり宣伝の話をしてきた。
?フリーダイヤルを使われたのでこちらにその電話代金がかかった。営業の電話をかけて来て、こちらにその営業の電話代金を払わせるなんてモラルがない。
?フリーダイヤルを使う電話をかける勇気、保険会社もコロナ禍で節約をする為に色々と考えあぐねてフリーダイヤルを使うことを熟慮断行したのは想像できるが、電話をかけた相手側に堂々と電話代金を持たせる相手と取り引きはまるで信用できないので解約。
?かかってきた電話は、話し方が慣れている様子からかなりの数のフリーダイヤルに営業の電話をかけているかと思う。電話に出て切るまでの間に、ペラペラ宣伝を話していたから。
?会社のホームページで問題点と改善点をなんらかの発表した方が良い。
