青	青森八戸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弁護士保険MIKATAは、電話で解約できるかと思ったら、書面での解約のみらしい。なので解約書類の郵送を10/26に依頼し、10/28に自宅に書類到着。オペレーター曰く、すぐに解約申請用紙に記入して投函すれば月末までに保険の解約が間に合うと言われたので、言われたとおりにすぐに記入して投函しました。先ほど、無事に解約手続きが済んだかの確認の為に、オペレーターの方に電話を掛けました。すると、『本日(11/1)に弊社に書類が届いたので、１１月分の保険料までかかります』とのこと。はぁ？？？？？？？？？って感じです。録音したボイスを改めて聞いてるのですが、イライラが募るばかり。担当のオペレーターでは話にならないので、これから上の人が折り返し電話をかけてくれるそうです。この詐欺一歩手前の事案、大々的に広めたいですね。本当に不愉快です。 If you think that you can cancel the lawyer insurance MIKATA by phone, it seems that you can only cancel it in writing. お	おじさんおじさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約について、違法性があると思い弁護士に相談しようとしたいので保険を使う旨を電話した。契約の内容を伝えたいら「今は判断できない」と返事。こちらは急いでいるのに返事は後日になった事がマイナス点。後日の電話にて言われた、お客様の契約に違法性がないので、今回は保険適用できません！」とキッパリ言われた。ここの会社が違法性の判断するんだと。。私は違法性がある可能性があるから保険使って相談したかったのだが、どうやら完全な違法性がないと使えない事がマイナス点。そして何より、電話で5分程度しか話をしていないのに、「違法性がない」と言い切る御社に驚きです。御社の電話窓口の方が弁護士さんでしょうか？それでしたら満足の回答の星5なんですが。とにかくカスタマーサービスで、星ゼロです。 I called to use insurance because I thought it was illegal to talk to a lawyer about the contract.
