★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平成２９年４月９日訪問。都内を散歩しているとこの手の銅像やらオブジェが突然現れて、私は思わずモンゲーと言っちゃいます。これもその一つです。詳しいご説明はほかの方に任せます。桜が綺麗な・・・・、おっとこの公園名がわかりません。とにかく一度おいでやす。
Visited April 9, 2017. When I was walking in Tokyo, these statues and objects suddenly appeared, and I inadvertently called Monge. This is one of them. I leave the detailed explanation to others. The cherry blossoms are beautiful ... I don't know the name of the park. Anyway, come here once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弁慶に縁があるのかなと思ったら、役者繋がりでした。弁慶像のある所は桜並木があり、桜の季節にぶらぶらすると良いですよ。近くにこんなのもありました、オシャレですね〜！
I wondered if Benkei had something to do with it, but it was an actor connection. There is a row of cherry blossom trees in the place where the Benkei statue is located, so it's a good idea to hang out during the cherry blossom season. There was something like this nearby, it's fashionable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸歌舞伎三座のうちの二座、中村座と市村座が人形町にありました。歌舞伎発祥の地に代表的な演目の「勧進帳」の登場人物である弁慶の像が建てられました。人形町駅から明治座へ観劇に向う方にはお馴染みですね。
Two of the Edo Kabuki Sanza, Nakamuraza and Ichimuraza were in Ningyocho. In the birthplace of Kabuki, a statue of Benkei, who is the character of the representative performance “Shinjincho”, was built. This is familiar to those who are going to the theater from Ningyocho Station to Meijiza.
